Just wondering which games console was your favorite last year. In the past I was a Playstation man, owning the PS1 and PS2, however this time I went for a Nintendo Wii. I have to say I really enjoy the Wii especially the controller/nunchuck. I always hated the dual shock controller and that's probably one of the reasons I didn't get the PS3. I just don't understand why Sony continue with a controller that they first made for the PS1. Nintendo seem to be the great innovators in this field, even the controller for the Nintendo 64 was better than Sony's effort. Btw, are there any fans of Goldeneye here? Probably the best game ever made for a console (ahh so many memories, lol).
Anyway, for me the console under my TV is a Wii and then I play action games on my PC. What about you guys, what's your favorite? 1. Xbox 360 2. Playstation 3 3. Nintendo Wii 4. Other |

I would have to say for me, I'm a cross between the 360 and the ps3. the 360 just has more of a game selection which is probably why I enjoy that one, but it sucks because I have to pay for the online service. Then the ps3's graphics are great and online is free, but all the good games are advertised to be release 3 years from the first commercial which sucks ass! I thought metal gear 4 was supposed to be out when they first released the console, that took 2 more years (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) Maybe you could say I'm a ps3 guy, but because of their sluggish game releases they're pushing me more towards the 360. As far as the wii goes.....i'm too retarded to work the controllers (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
it's funny u mentioned golden eye, because i just brought out my old 64 for the first time in probably 5 years and put in golden eye to play with some friends. i can't believe i used to kick ass in that game because now i can't even get my head to point int he right direction lol..... in 10mins the highest score was 10 and that was because i used the remote mines trick......pretty sad |

the last electronic game i played for more than an hour was on an atari.. the game was asteroids, and i played until i got a million points which was satisfying enough. the piano and a few team sports are way more fun to play for me.

Best gaming device is the PC. Just add a controller and copy all the games you want for free. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif)
Xbox360 over PS3, and Wii over PSP. |

I'd say it's close between the Wii and the 360 for me. My PS3 is pretty much used as a Blu-Ray player only. I may have one or two games for the PS3 but that's it. The Wii is a lot of fun and has some really cool games, but I play my 360 most. Besides, I can mod the Wii and the 360 so I can get pretty much any and all games for them. Still no mod yet for the PS3. As for handhelds I prefer the DS over the PSP just for the variety of games that I find fun.

YOu can mod the wii D:? =o, i have a wii, and a 360, When i got my 360 i playedit flat out now im just (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif) abit over it i play it now and then if i get a new game but thats about it i get tired of it and just go back to gaming on the computer, Wii is mad fun good for when u have mates over drinking etc~ rents even like to have a banter on it ;D but for me PC > everything~ |

PS2 with great games like SOCOM, Kingdom Hearts and Metal Gear Solid it has a tremendous game base.
